Delivery

• All buildings are blocked and anchored according to State Approved Engineered Plans.
• All Smithbilt Buildings excluding the Double Wide come fully assembled in one piece.
• Please have delivery area clear and accessible prior to your time of delivery.
• Smithbilt does not remove trees, fences, or any other item that may be in the way of delivering your shed.
• All delivery and setup cost are included in the purchase of your shed, the only exception is if you would like it to be blocked extra high.
• Upon attempted delivery if the building does not fit or is refused there will be a delivery fee added upon the next delivery.
• If a shed is to be anchored to a concrete slab or to asphalt an additional anchoring fee may apply.
