In general, if you have a space that is at least 2 feet wider than the size of the building you are getting, there shouldn’t be any issues.

No, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all fences, trees, or other obstacles are removed prior to delivery of their building.

Yes, each building is guaranteed for 5 years on the workmanship, and 20 years against any rust of the aluminum exterior. See our Warranty.

No, it is the customer’s responsibility to hook up any electrical connections to the building according to local building codes.
